Recently, I happened to be withdrawing cash from a BCA ATM at Mal Depok, West Java, for my shopping needs. Unfortunately, after I entered my PIN number and selected the amount desired, the ATM went dead. Even when the machine finally came back on, my card was still stuck inside.
