Last May, I received an offer by phone from a salesperson of Hard Rock Hotel Bali’s ‘Backstage Pass Membership’. The offer was very interesting since it promised a number of facilities and conveniences at Hard Rock Hotel on a honeymoon. Since I was planning to get married in Bali in July, I decided to become a member: my membership registration was numbered 2399.

In early June, I confirmed a room for July 10-12. I felt relieved
