I have been a holder of a Citibank Silver Card since 1994, card number 4541-7900-2267-2368 under the name Drs. Daryadi. I have used the card in many places with no problems. Lately, I’ve been getting phone calls from someone who claims to represent Citibank Surabaya, with phone number 62-031-5620089, and forcing me to settle the payment of my Visa card said to be in arrears since this last March.
