PT Pos Indonesia's Snail Mail

I use the service of PT Pos Indonesia to send parcels from Jakarta to Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara, twice a week. Previously, the service had always been hassle-free, smooth and satisfactory. However, from September to date, the service has been disappointing. My parcels often arrive late, and miss the schedule. Usually, sending a parcel with the special express service only takes three to four days, but recently it has taken 10 days.
