OCW Heaven, or Hell?

I’d like to express my opinion regarding the recent ruling by the Indonesian Council of Ulemas (Islamic religious leaders—Ed.) or MUI, which bans the sending of female overseas contract workers (OCW) abroad without being accompanied by their muhrim (close relatives). I’m happy with this ruling. However, MUI has also allowed the opening of an "emergency door" which can be used by thousands of OCWs.
