We would like to straighten out the complaint letter from Basri Adhi in TEMPO's October 10-16 issue.
On August 31, we received a 33.6 kbps modem, bought elsewhere, for repair. According to procedures, the work unit usually diagnoses the problem for two days to determine whether repairs should be carried out or not.
From the beginning until the return on September 25, we always communicated and gave information about the diagnosis process to Yuli
