His eyes are sharp, his body still. Only his hands move, slowly carving out the piece of clay he holds. With a customized pick, Hendra Gunawan sculpts the object, slowly, into a human skull. Its eyes bug out and its jaw opens wide, revealing tiny rows of teeth. Hendra tops it off with a bullet hole on the forehead; the cracks creep out, giving it a rock 'n' roll edge. A ring like this could take a day to finish," the 26-year-old told Tempo.
