A SMALL girl was interested in one part of a short story, in Sundanese, on a paper torn from a book and used to wrap a piece of terasi (a condiment made of pounded and fermented fish and shrimps). She was so absorbed reading the story that she did not realize that the terasi had fallen somewhere on the way until she got home. When her mom asked about the terasi, she simply said, "It may have been left in the shop."
