Rain and flooding appear to be inching their way along the North coast of Java, heading east. After submerging Jakarta, flood waters have now flowed over the cities and towns of Central and East Java. Of Cirebon, Pekalongan, Pemalang, Pati, through to Situbondo and Bondowo, none were passed by. All got their share, each suffering varying levels of damage.
