Two cans of paint appeared outside the home of Yuwono Susatyo, a PDIP activist in Ngawi, East Java, who was kidnapped at the end of last year. But they were no ordinary cans. They contained chlorate, a substance usually used to make firecrackers. It seems the person who sent the cans wished harm on the owner of the house.
