The Risks of Global Economy Slump Ignored

The Indonesian government did not factor in the risk of global economy slowdown in their policies.
THE signs are becoming clearer: the economy is slumping. High economic growth after the pandemic does not seem to last long. Both the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) have cut their global economy growth projections for 2022. The IMF cut down its projections to 3.6 percent, far below the 6.1 percent estimated growth for last year. Meanwhile, the World Bank only forecast 3.2 percent growth.
