CHINA’S economy keeps weakening. The latest data show that China’s exports in August fell by 8.8 percent compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, imports also fell by 7.3 percent. The August report was better than July’s, but the continued decline in year-on-year exports for the past four months is painting a stronger picture of failed post-pandemic economic recovery.
