FOR the past two years thousands of copies of the latest issues of the Surabaya Post have been lying undistributed on the floors of the newspaper's storehouse. But only on Tuesday two weeks ago did the newspaper formally cease to exist. It was the day shareholders of PT Surabaya Post, the company which published the afternoon paper, ratified the liquidator's account.
