THE House of Representatives (DPR) hearing with Minister of Communications & Information Sofyan Djalil early last week caused quite a stir. A letter dated September 13, 1999 which was signed by Muladi, was the focus of discussion in the meeting.
Muladi, then Minister/State Secretary, asked the relevant minister to approve a frequency allocation to Global TV. It promptly triggered a debate in the DPR.
