IT WAS getting late. The atmosphere at the Pall Mall "Top 40 Party!" event, organized by Pall Mall cigarettes, was just hotting up. Hundreds of young people were crowded into the ballroom of Solo’s Quality Hotel, the party venue. As well as enjoying the music and the scantly-clad models showing the latest designs from Urban Crew and Oscar Lawalata, there was something else everyone was waiting for: a special competition with prizes.
