An Adventurous Streak

WHEN I was a boy living in Yogyakarta, I loved to go by bicycle to the woods outside the city. Along the roads, I would enjoy the natural beauty. Sometimes I would go to a sugarcane plantation, and sit for hours to appreciate the beauty and the fresh air of the plantation which brings a special aroma. I would listen to the sounds of the sugarcane leaves blown by the wind. I felt like a wanderer.
