Agus Dwikarna is really down on his luck. While his colleagues Tamsil Linrung and Jamal Balfas are free to come and go as they please, he is presently languishing in jail. Two weeks ago, Dwikarna was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment and a 50,000-peso fine by the Pasai City Court in Manila, for illegal possession of explosives and immigration offenses. Dwikarnas lawyers have yet to appeal the decision.
