Lieutenant General Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, 52, has been keeping his mouth shut for the past two weeks. The Secretary-General of the Department of Defense, who used to be pleasant with reporters, is now keeping silent. He has refused to meet reporters. His hand phone is now with his adjutant.
