Negotiations on the Home Front

AS the talks in Helsinki neared their fifth and final round, the prospect of a peace agreement had officials in Jakarta running around in a tizzy. President Yudhoyono hurried to meet with Vice President Jusuf Kalla to discuss preparations for the final negotiations with GAM.
