A SHORT message was sent to R.B. Suryama M. Sastra's hand phone, causing the owner, a House of Representatives (DPR) member from the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) to smile bitterly. "If you have a pay increase, share it with us, OK?" the sender wrote sarcastically. If everything goes to plan, Suryama and his fellow House members will enjoy a pay rise of almost 100 percent.
