THE announcement came from New York. The Indonesian Military (TNI) Commander in Chief will only be replaced in 2006. The decision was conveyed by State Secretary Yusril Ihza Mahendra after a limited cabinet meeting directly presided over by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono from the US.
