THE two desks in room 208 of the main building of the National Defense Institute (Lemhanas) are almost always empty. On each desk sits an engraved wooden nameplate, as well as stacks of unopened invitations and letters. On one desk the name reads Dr. Ir. Kazan Gunawan MA, on the other Dr. Jusuf MM.
The two brothers are members of the expert group of the Governor of Lemhanas, located on Jl. Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta. They rarely appear in public
