THE sturdy man was standing near the entrance to the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) in Malaysia. Neatly dressed in a long-sleeved, bright-colored shirt, he greeted people visiting the embassy office on Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur. Passports, marriage certificates, travel documents, ready in one day, said the broker to a young lady. Shaking her head, the woman entered the six-story building to process a passport.
