Shot on Graduation Night

THE pale-lipped 27-year-old is lying weak in the Cicilia room of Dian Harapan Hospital, Abepura, Jayapura. For almost two weeks, this graduate of the Cenderawasih University School of Social and Political Sciences has been in the hospital. Im still weak, the father of three told Tempo.

He is Asyo Richard Iak, a victim of a shooting by an unknown person on Jalan Bumi Perkemahan Waena, Abepura, Jayapura, on Thursday night, March 28.
