ONE by one, those who made off with Rp100 billion in funds from a savings fund for army soldiers have been caught. Two weeks ago, Dedy Budhiman Garna was officially named a suspect. This businessman from PT Khidmad Fajr, Bandung, is accused of involvement in on the misappropriation of funds.
