THIS is what happens if a regulation is drafted hastily. The bill drafted by Depok municipality in West Java contains an article that stipulates the sale of alcoholic drinks at duty-free shops. Strangely, this bill regulates duty-free shops at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. This airport has always been located in Tangerang Regency. So, why does Depok bother to control shops operating in other regions?
