IN his baritone voice, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) confirmed that, “I will announce a limited [cabinet] reshuffle in early May.” Reporters paid close attention to the press release at the State Palace on Friday last week. Perhaps the President would mention which ministers are up for replacement, as well as their replacements. It turned out that this was not the case.
