Delegates from the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) and the Indonesian government are scheduled to meet in Switzerland from January 6-10. Many predict a deadlock.

The town of Bavois in North Geneva, Switzerland is surrounded by panoramic views. It also boasts a cool climate. Now, in wintertime, the temperature there can drop to between 5 and 10 degrees below zero. This may be just the right setting for cooling off hot tempers from the various factions disputing the restive province.
