IT started with Bedul alias Abdul Razak. It was this 30-year-old man who arrived with a proposal that ended most severely. He was a member of the Aceh Transitional Committee (KPA) for the Linge region of Central Aceh. This committee is for former soldiers of the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) after the Aceh peace agreement was signed three years ago.
