THE information shocked Press Council chief, Ichlasul Amal. Not long after the House of Representatives (DPR) enacted the Electronic Transactions and Information Law two weeks ago, a message was sent to his cellphone. It said that some articles in the new law could ‘send’ journalists to jail.
