AT 1am on Wednesday last week two men met in the lobby of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in the Mega Kuningan area, South Jakarta. One was Al-Amin Nasution, a member of the House of Representatives (DPR) of the Forestry and Agriculture Commission, while the other was Azirwan, Regional Secretary of Bintan regency, Riau Islands.
