ALL of the prisoners in general detention at the Jakarta Police Department were supposed to exercise on Friday morning last week. However, Bulyan Royan, a member of the House of Representatives (DPR), did not feel like getting up. This man born in Kubu Rokan Hilir, Riau, 50 years ago, was too weak for morning calisthenics. “Pak Bulyan is sleeping,” said Inu Kertopati, Bulyan’s lawyer.
