Agus Condro Fired
NOT more than a month after disclosing alleged bribery in the 2004 election of Bank Indonesia’s board of governors, Agus Condro Prayitno was fired from the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P). Megawati Sukarnoputri and Pramono Anung, general chairperson and secretary general of the party, signed Agus’ dismissal from the party on August 25, 2008.
