THE meeting at the mediation room of the Central Jakarta District Court on Wednesday last week ended with an agreement in less than half an hour. PT Vista Bella Pratama’s lawyer, the Legal Division of the Finance Department to represent the Indonesian government, and Bank Mandiri representatives immediately left after they agreed on the annulment of a purchase by Vista of the right to collect debts owed by Timor.
