IN fact the name Gerhard Mulia Panggabean was on the list of passengers flying from Singapore to Medan, last Wednesday. The 73-year-old was scheduled to arrive on Silk Air at around 8pm. At that time the police were ready at Polonia Airport. Some wore uniforms, others were in plainclothes. But after the airplane landed and the passengers disembarked one by one, G.M. Panggabean did not appear.
