ONCE in a while caressing her stomach already pregnant for seven months, Lusita cried aloud. Together with 50 other victims of a mudflow which hit in Sidoarjo, East Java, two years ago, she left the Public Works Department building on Wednesday last week after talks with Minarak Lapindo and the government stalled over compensation payments.
Lusita decided to go home although there was no certainty on the amount of compensation she would receive.
