BY dusk, Mustafa Kamal ate a meal wrapped in banana leaves and drank warm tea bought by Nurdin, a neighbor. It was a shock to Nurdin when he saw Mustafa, 39, already lifeless. In fact, only for a while did Nurdin leave him for prayers in a mosque.
