Parliament: Most Corrupt
THE 2009 survey conducted by Transparency International Indonesia indicates that the House of Representatives (DPR) is the most corrupt institution. In the survey released on Wednesday last week, the legislative branch scores the highest, 4.4, on a scale of one to five.
