KPU Announces Presidential Election Result
THE General Elections Commission (KPU) announced that the Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono-Boediono candidates garnered 60.8 percent or some 72.9 million votes. “Most probably these two will win in one round,” said Abdul Hafiz Anshary, KPU Chairman, following the plenary session on the final count at the KPU office Thursday last week.
