WHAT is the daily routine of Noordin Mohammad Top, Indonesia’s most wanted fugitive with a price of Rp1 billion on his head, and who has now been pursued by police for more than eight years? He appears to live within the confines of a small world: spending his days caring for children, reading or cooking. He even goes for short jogs to exercise inside the house.
