CIPAHEUT seemed deserted on Thursday last week. Houses in the hamlet within Cikandang village, Luragung, Kuningan, West Java, were 0.5 to 1 kilometers apart on average. A gang of terrorists had reportedly met there, planning to assassinate President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono with a car bomb.
