A Bogus Order from Manila

AT Tanjung Priok Port, early last August, a ship flying the flag of Panama slowly approached the dock. The ship’s entire hull was painted pitch-black. The words “Captain Ufuk” were written on the side. On the deck, the vessel’s British commander, Captain Bruce Jones, contacted PT Tirta Samudera Caraka, the agent of the freight company which was taking care of its cargo in Jakarta.
