LATELY the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) seemed to be missing its custodian. The chairman, Muhammad Lutfi, had resigned and Gita Wirjawan, the successor, had yet to be sworn-in. “Actually, everything has been prepared for the handover ceremony which will also be a farewell party for Pak Lutfi,” one of the BKPM officials explained.
