Several Bank Century customers have names resembling government officials. There is Megawati, Hadi Utomo, Sri Mulyani, and Franseda.

THE house of the “former president” is nestled among a crowded residential area on Jl. Teluk Gong in North Jakarta. The fence is a faded brown, and the walls a dull-white filled with cobwebs. The house has no yard, the windows are shut and a smell of garbage emanates from the corners.
A woman with curly red hair can be seen busy cutting up meat on the porch. She replied angrily when Tempo asked if the occupant of the house was named Megawati
