AT first glance, the notes made on a piece of paper with Sultan Hotel letterhead had no significance. The letters A, C, and AC had been scribbled, and the latter was circled. The initials D, G, PPP, PAN, and PKB were written under "Option 1". A little lower there were the figures 146, 43, 35, 25, which had been totaled to 249. Near these numbers was an additional 50, which brought the grand total to 299.
