KPK Budget Pressure
HEAD of the Judicial Corruption Eradication Task Force, Denny Indrayana, said that the plan to slash the budget of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) represents unnecessary pressure applied to a law enforcement agency. The House of Representatives (DPR) should allow the KPK to work independently instead. “It’s unwise to pressure the KPK,” said Denny, Monday last week.
