The owner of the Bank Panin building filed a suit over land ownership in Senayan, a move inspired by the Sultan Hotel case.

FOR Bank Panin, the Hilton Hotel is a source of inspiration. Not in the hotel business, but because that bank owned by the Mukmin Ali Gunawan family used the Hilton as a “success story” as the blueprint for gaining control the land at the Bung Karno Athletic Stadium Complex in Senayan, South Jakarta.
