ONE early morning in Cikeas, Bogor, early in November last year, the Presidential Special Staff for Legal Affairs Denny Indrayana was summoned by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. The President told Denny he would issue the 100-day program. “The first thing to do is to eradicate judicial mafia. The government will provide a PO Box for complaints,” said Denny quoting the President.
