EARLY last month a letter was sent from the Pokok Sena jail in Kedah. Addressed to the Aceh Commission for Missing Persons & Victims of Violence (Kontras) in Lamlagang, Banda Aceh, the sender was Bustaman bin Bukhari. He has been sentenced to death in Malaysia along with his friend Tarmizi bin Yacob.
