LAST Wednesday, managers from a number of football clubs met at the Indonesian Military (TNI) Army Headquarters. Getting ready for the war? It seems so, at least to push forward the candidacy of Army Chief of Staff General George Toisutta to be the next Chairman of the All-Indonesian Football Federation (PSSI).

Clad in full army uniform, complete with four stars on his shoulder and medals on his chest, General Toisutta declared his readiness.
